    Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

    This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and is intended only for residents of Washington and Nevada. 

    1.Collection and Use of Consumer Health Data 

    We do not believe we collect “consumer health data,” and we do not use data we collect to identify or make inferences about your past, present, or future physical or mental health status. Because “consumer health data” is defined so broadly in some jurisdictions, however, the information we may collect from or about you from time to time may be considered “consumer health data” under laws in those jurisdictions. Like other data we collect, the main reason we use this information is to provide our service to you and help you connect with users.

    We may collect consumer health data only if you share such information with other users when you voluntarily disclose information in the app for others to see (e.g., your public profile). We encourage you to review privacy tips in our Privacy Policy before providing consumer health data on Taimi.

    3.How We Disclose Consumer Health Data

    We may share Consumer Health Data with third parties where we obtain consent from the user for another purpose or where permitted or authorized by another provision of law. We may use and share Consumer Health Data we collect in order to comply with law enforcement activities or as expressly authorized by federal or state law, including to comply with valid legal process.    

    4.Consumer Health Data Rights

    You have specific rights with respect to your Consumer Health Data.

    Washington Consumers have the right to:

    • Confirm whether we are Collecting, Sharing, or Selling your Consumer Health Data;
    • Access your Consumer Health Data;
    • Request that your Consumer Health Data be deleted;
    • Withdraw Consent from our Collection and Sharing of your Consumer Health Data; and
    • Obtain a list of all Third Parties and Affiliates with whom we have shared your Consumer Health Data and an active email address or other online mechanism to contact these parties.

    Nevada Consumers have the right to:

    • Confirm whether we are Collecting, Sharing, or Selling your Consumer Health Data;
    • Request that we cease Collecting and/or Sharing your Consumer Health Data;
    • Request that your Consumer Health Data be deleted; and
    • Receive a list of all Third Parties with whom we have shared your Consumer Health Data.

    We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights. 

    To exercise these rights, please submit a request to our support team by email at support@taimi.com. We will authenticate your requests and process it as required by law. Please allow 45 days for a response. If we deny your request, you may appeal that denial by contacting us at legal@taimi.com. If your appeal is unsuccessful, you can file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General or Nevada State Attorney General.
